We have developed this Social Value Toolkit to support organisations to maximise social value through the procurement and commissioning of public and private programmes. The Lancashire Skills Hub and its partners share a responsibility to ensure that public money delivers better social, environmental and economic outcomes.
Our toolkit encourages and supports organisations delivering Lancashire programmes to increase social value through procurement and commissioning processes. It is a practical guide to integrating added value outputs and outcomes, providing a framework of indicative activities and also good practice case studies.
