David Prince
Project Officer - Skills Bootcamps
Since July 2022, David has supported the Lancashire Skills Hub in delivery of Skills Bootcamps – a Department for Education funded programme giving Lancashire residents aged 19 or over the skills needed to enter high-growth, high demand sectors, with a fast-track to an interview with a local employer.
Previously David delivered Digital projects to a range of large companies and SMEs across the North and beyond, including the Royal Mail, Swissport and National Aviation Services of Kuwait. He presented a series of Web Marketing Masterclasses to owners of high-growth-potential SMEs across the Northwest alongside entrepreneurial coaching business Winning Pitch.
He joined the Department for Work and Pensions at the height of the COVID-19 crisis, where he helped transform the operational delivery of the flagship Kickstart programme across the Leeds region, helping over 2,000 young people into work.
