Managing Director at North Lancs Training Group (NLTG)

Gareth took on the position of Managing Director at North Lancs Training Group (NLTG) , an independent training provider, on the 1st August 2018.

Gareth joined NLTG in 2000 as a Hospitality Tutor. He held Team Leading and Senior Management positions, prior to being appointed Operations Director in 2015.

Prior to entering the world of post 16 education, Gareth had spent his career in the hospitality industry, as a General manager of pub-restaurants and hotels before becoming a HR manager for Thistle Hotels, his last role before joining NLTG.

Gareth holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and has been a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development for over twenty years.

Gareth is a board member of the Lancashire Work Based Learning Executive Forum.

Away from work, Gareth is also the chairman of an amateur football club.
