Neil Conlon

Business Development Manager & Shareholder, Conlon Construction

Neil has been a shareholder in the family construction and property development business for 35 years. He has worked in various roles within the business from Contracts Manager to MD of the Yorkshire Division. He gained a Masters Degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from UCLan in 2000.

More recently Neil’s main focus has been to head up the Bid Team, winning work and maintaining Conlon’s presence on partnering frameworks across the North of England.

Neil is Chair of the Company’s CSR Team which provides Social Value contributions across the region.

He is an Enterprise Adviser for Eden Boys School, Preston and also acts as a STEM Ambassador.

Outside of work Neil is a keen scuba diver and has dived in many locations across the UK and further afield.
