Strategic Partnership Manager – Employers
Tracy took up the role of Strategic Partnership Manager – Employers with the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub in January 2017 and and is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a Lancashire Skills and Employment Strategic Framework for Lancashire. In this role, Tracy focuses on skills provision aimed at upskilling the workforce including working with employers and strategic partners to ensure that there is awareness of existing skills provision with a particular focus on ESF funded projects.
Tracy has previously worked in strategic and operational roles in the Social Housing Sector.
