Mark Spanner
Mark joined the Lancashire Skills Hub in March 2024 to supporting the delivery of Skills Bootcamps – a Department for Education funded programme, giving Lancashire residents aged 19 or over the skills needed to enter high-growth, high demand sectors, including a guaranteed interview with a local employer.
Previously, Mark has held various roles with independent training organisations, contract managing large-scale Welfare to Work and FE Skills contracts, including working closely with the newly devolved Combined Authorities in Liverpool City Region, Tees Valley, North of Tyne and West Yorkshire.
In his spare time Mark enjoys walking, cooking and going to the cinema.
