Jake Crolla

Integration and Partnerships Officer (Connect to Work)

Jake joined the Lancashire Skills Hub in August 2025 to support the delivery of Connect to Work, a voluntary supported employment programme funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The programme supports people with disabilities, health conditions, or complex barriers to find and sustain meaningful employment.

Prior to joining the Skills Hub, Jake spent four years working in drug and alcohol services in Manchester and Lancashire, initially delivering and later managing a supported employment programme based on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. Before that, he worked for a training provider supporting the delivery of Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs).

Outside of work, Jake enjoys following sports such as football, boxing, and Formula 1. An economics graduate, he also enjoys reading and listening to podcasts on current affairs and the economy.
