Kate is currently Director of HR and OD at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust and has worked for the NHS for 35 years. She has experience working across a range of health organisations locally, regionally and nationally working on workforce transformation, organisational development and leadership and talent management. Kate is passionate about equality and inclusion and is a keen ally to people with different backgrounds and experience. As a former locally elected member in Preston, she brings an appreciation of the wider public sector workforce and skills agenda.
