David Prince

Skills & Economic Intelligence Officer (Adult Skills)

David leads the strategic analysis of adult skills and labour market intelligence for the Lancashire Skills & Employment Hub. With a primary focus on the Adult Skills Fund (ASF), he supports the data systems and performance reporting frameworks that underpin Lancashire’s devolution commitments.

Prior to this role, David was a Project Officer for Skills Bootcamps, where he supported the delivery of the programme that bridged the gap between residents and high-growth employers. His career is rooted in high-impact delivery, including transforming operational delivery of the Kickstart scheme in the Leeds region for the DWP – supporting over 2,000 young people into work – and delivering digital growth masterclasses for SMEs across the North West.
