Project Officer - Skills Pledge

Joanne joined the team in November 2024 as the Skills Pledge officer. The Lancashire Skills Pledge aims to recognise businesses that are committed to inspiring young people, recruiting locally and developing their employees, providing one front door for businesses to engage in the range of funded skills and employment programmes across Lancashire.

Prior to starting her role, Joanne has worked on a university project supporting SME’s in Lancashire and across LCR with innovation, growth, and training and development strategies.

Joanne also has experience of supporting people back to work in an FE setting and in apprenticeships at Independent Training Providers.
